The 14-day guarantee

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying Readhum, or within 14 days of paying for a renewal. You don’t need to give a reason. Refunds are always for the full amount you paid; we don’t give partial refunds.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address you bought with, or include your order number. You can also request a refund through the link in your Polar receipt.

What happens next

• We process the refund within 2 business days. Polar, our reseller, returns the money to your original payment method; your bank may take another 5–10 business days to show it.
• Your license stops working at the extension’s next daily check. For a renewal, you go back to the features you had before renewing.

After 14 days

After the guarantee period purchases aren’t normally refundable. If Readhum stops working as described and we can’t fix it, write to us and we’ll make it right, including with a refund where that’s fair.

Your legal rights

This guarantee is in addition to your rights under consumer law, not instead of them. If you’re thinking of a chargeback, please email us first: it’s quicker for you, and we’ll refund straight away within the guarantee period.
